Vytautas Magnus University's Agriculture Academy
held an international agricultural exhibition "Ką pasėsi... 2025"
The Agricultural Academy of Vytautas Magnus University hosted the 29th International Agricultural Exhibition "Ką pasėsi... 2025". More than 400 companies, organisations and small traders took part in the event. Visitors were welcomed to a 10-hectare area and three exhibition pavilions with agricultural, forestry and municipal machinery and equipment from global brands. Farmers and enthusiasts had the opportunity to see the latest vehicle displays, learn about small gardening and horticultural machinery, pick up tools, seeds, crop protection products, fertilisers and more.
The ten most inventive exhibits were awarded medals and diplomas:
- DeLaval Plus, a farm management and data analysis platform (DeLaval UAB);
- Cereal harvester JOHN DEERE S7 850 (UAB "DOJUS agro");
- Tractor CASE IH FARMALL 120 C (UAB "Dotnuva Baltic");
- Electric articulated loader GIANT G2700E TELE (AB "East West Agro");
- Wheeled tractor FENDT 620 (UAB "Ivabaltė");
- Combine harvester NEW HOLLAND CR11 (AB "Lytagra");
- HUSARYA SCS-100 stone collection machine (MB Obena);
- Antti X-series mobile grain dryer (UAB Rovaltra);
- Soil improver PHYSIOMAX (Timac AGRO LT UAB);
- SIP AIR HD 900 T transport rake (Zemtiekimas UAB).
The exhibition was complemented by an educational programme with more than 50 seminars and discussions on topics ranging from support measures for the agricultural sector to technological and social innovation.
Throughout the three days of the show, demonstrations were held on crop scanning methods for determining the nutritional needs of plants and drones for precision farming. "What you sow... 2025" featured a unique exhibition of vintage and homemade tractors created by farmers from all over Lithuania.
A craft and seedling fair, the 6th International Chainsaw Carving Championship and auctions of wooden sculptures were held on all days of the exhibition. Young visitors could spend time in a specially designed leisure area.
